Korea ’02

Back in 2002, my mom went to Korea with a stilt walking group. They were invited to perform at the Cave Expo in Samcheok which is situated at the east coast of South Korea.

Other than performing for the Expo, they visited several things, such as the DMZ at the east coast, the beach and waterfalls. They took a lot of pictures and a few weeks ago my mom gave me those pictures. When I was looking at them, I had the idea of trying to visit some of the places in the photos, out of curiosity of what has changed in the 10 years that have passed.  The problem is, she doesn’t remember any of the names of what she visited back then. If anyone can help with that, it would make me extremely happy!

I like the old photos. Well, not really old, but I mean pre-digital camera-style (what are they called?). If anyone can help with the places of where these photos were taken, it would be very welcome. 🙂
