Frost

We’ve had an exceptionally warm winter. Even autumn was warmed than usual. With record temperatures in November (November’s averages were higher than the warmest March averages ever…), this frosty morning was quite surprising. As if the weather was trying to make up for the warm temperatures, we suddenly woke up to a frozen garden. Even the roses and apples remaining from summer had a white coating.

The end of winter is near, even in the meantime we’ve barely had any days this cold.
